96-well polystyrene microplate coated with a monoclonal antibody against Artemin Human Artemin Standard, lyophilized Artemin Detect Antibody Standard Diluent Assay Buffer (10×) Substrate (TMB) Stop Solution Washing Buffer (20×) Plate Covers |
Describtion | This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. A monoclonal antibody specific for human Artemin has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells and Artemin present is bound by the immobilized antibody. After washing away any unbound substances, a biotin-linked detect antibody specific for Artemin is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound antibody-biotin reagent, streptavidin-HRP is added. After washing, substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of Artemin bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. |
