HGNC ID: 1695

Target Abstract:

CD7 is a 40kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. CD7 is involved in regulating cytokine secretion and cell adhesion. It can provide co-stimulatory signals and associate with CD3 and CD45, contributing to T cell activation.
