Target Abstract:

CD10 is a 100 kDa type II transmembrane protein, CD10 antigen is also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), neutral endopeptidase (NEP), gp100 and enkephalase. Normally, it is expressed on the surface of early B and T lymphoid precursors, neutrophils, and various epithelial cells. CD10 is also expressed in lymphoma cells such as acute lymphoblastic and follicular germinal center lymphoma. CD10 is an endopeptidase that is involved in the development of B cells and is also the mediator of neutrophil inflammatory response.
