CD16 is a cell membrane protein that glycosylates phosphatidylinositol anchor chains, with low affinity Fcγ The components of receptors (Fcγ RIII). Including two subtypes, CD16a and CD16b, with slight structural differences. CD16 is expressed in NK cells (only in mature NK cells, not in NK precursor and immature NK cells), some T lymphocytes, neutrophils, and macrophages.
