- Check the expiration time of the kit, ensure all the reagents stored according to the manual.
- Check if the reagent solution has instable or deteriorate signs, such as precipitation or discoloration and so on.
- Ensure the pipette is accurate.
- Ensure the plastic disposable tips and containers for reagent are clean. Avoid cross contamination.
- Ensure the substrate reagent is colorless.
- Ensure the incubation times and temperature compliant with manual requirements.
