To resolve the ELISA failures, we strongly recommend to read the manual carefully before starting the experiment. To identify the possible cause, you may use the tips below:

  1. Check the expiration time of the kit, ensure all the reagents stored according to the manual.
  2. Check if the reagent solution has instable or deteriorate signs, such as precipitation or discoloration and so on.
  3. Ensure the pipette is accurate.
  4. Ensure the plastic disposable tips and containers for reagent are clean. Avoid cross contamination.
  5. Ensure the substrate reagent is colorless.
  6. Ensure the incubation times and temperature compliant with manual requirements.
