Assay Principle | This kit utilizes the double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection technique. Specific monoclonal antibodies against mouse immunoglobulin subtypes are precoated on a high-affinity ELISA plate. The ELISA plate wells are added with test samples, positive controls, and HRP-conjugated detection antibodies. After incubation, the immunoglobulins present in the samples bind to the solid-phase antibodies and the detection antibodies. After washing to remove unbound substances, TMB chromogenic substrate is added for color development while avoiding light. The reaction is terminated by adding a stop solution, and the absorbance value is measured at a wavelength of 450 nm (with a reference wavelength range of 570-630 nm). |
