Assay PrincipleThis kit utilizes the double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection technique.Specific anti-mouse MIP-2单克隆 antibodies are precoated on a high-affinity ELISA plate. Standard samples, test samples, and biotinylated detection antibodies are added to the wells of the ELISA plate. After incubation, MIP-2 present in the samples binds to the solid-phase antibodies and the detection antibodies. After washing to remove unbound substances, streptavidin-HRP labeled with horseradish peroxidase is added. After washing, a colorimetric substrate, TMB, is added and the plate is incubated in the dark for color development. The intensity of the color reaction is directly proportional to the concentration of MIP-2 in the samples.加入终止液终止反应,在450nm波长(参考波长570 – 630nm)测定吸光度值。

Human CXCL2 Predicted Functions

Predicted to enable CXCR chemokine receptor binding activity and chemokine activity. Involved in antimicrobial humoral immune response mediated by antimicrobial peptide; killing of cells of other organism; and response to molecule of bacterial origin. Predicted to be located in extracellular region. Predicted to be active in extracellular space. Biomarker of COVID-19 and cystic fibrosis.
